We ship to the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.), Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, and New Zealand. We also ship to P.O. Box addresses. To find out if we ship to your location simply enter your adress at checkout.

Nothing. Every order ships free with no minimum purchase. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you will never be charged import duties, taxes, or surprise fees at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after that. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 6 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order through the Shop app or your account at getshapies.com.

Contact us at support@getshapies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will take care of it. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Check with your carrier first using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. If the issue is not resolved, email us at support@getshapies.com and we will do our best to help.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
