SHAPIES RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Shapies. If something is not right, we will make it easy to fix.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original hygiene liner intact and all tags attached.

To start a return, email support@getshapies.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

Your reason for the return

A photo showing the item with tags and hygiene liner intact

We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shapies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Items with removed or damaged hygiene liners.

Items marked as Final Sale.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Items outside the 30-day return window.

EXCHANGES

Wrong size? Email support@getshapies.com with your order number and the size you need.

You are responsible for return shipping on the original item and outbound shipping on the replacement. Shipping charges will depend on your location. We will confirm costs when we authorize your exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we will offer a full refund.

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS

New to Shapies and not sure about the fit? Contact us at support@getshapies.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of your unworn item (hygiene liner intact) and we will work with you to find the right solution.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@getshapies.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

For defective products, your rights are not limited to the 30-day return window above. Consumer protection laws in your country may provide additional rights for defective goods, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude those rights.

This section does not cover fit preferences, subjective dissatisfaction, minor color variations between screens, or damage caused by improper use or care.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All returns require written authorization via email before shipping items back.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Final eligibility and refund amounts are determined based on item condition upon receipt.

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods.

Items purchased with promotional codes or during sales events may have modified return terms. Check the product page for details.

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with return shipments.

This policy may be updated at any time. Returns are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
