How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Enter your address at checkout to see your estimated delivery date.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free with no minimum purchase. Express shipping is also available at checkout for a small fee. All orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you will never see extra charges at delivery. The checkout price is the final price.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. We also ship to P.O. Box addresses.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also track through the Shop app or your account at getshapies.com.
What if my order is late?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, check your tracking info first. If something looks off, email us at support@getshapies.com and we will look into it right away.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for a small fee. Select your preferred shipping method during checkout to see delivery estimates and pricing.
Need your order by a specific date?
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to account for processing and delivery. Check delivery estimates at checkout for the most accurate timeline. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, we will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted. Email us as soon as possible at support@getshapies.com and we will do our best.
How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide page for a full measurement chart in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself with a soft tape measure and comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements to our chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
What if I order the wrong size?
You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be completely unworn with the hygiene seal intact and all tags attached. Email support@getshapies.com with your order number and the size you would like instead. You will be responsible for return shipping, and new outbound shipping charges of $8 to $12 apply. No restocking fee on exchanges as long as items meet all eligibility requirements. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Are your products true to size?
Our shapewear is designed to fit snugly. Most customers find our sizing accurate when following the size chart. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
What is the difference between your compression levels?
Our products range from light everyday smoothing to firm sculpting. Each product page includes details on the level of support. Light compression is great for daily wear, while firm compression gives maximum smoothing for special occasions.
How do I care for my shapewear?
For best results and longest life, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach, ironing, and machine drying. If you machine wash, use a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle with cold water.
Do your bodysuits have an open crotch design?
Product details vary by style. Check the individual product page for specific design features. Some of our bodysuits feature a convenient hook & eye closure design or a snap-button design for easy wear and bathroom breaks.
What is the hygiene seal?
For your safety and the safety of all our customers, every item ships with a hygiene liner or seal in the gusset area. This must remain fully intact and undamaged if you want to return or exchange the item. Items with removed, broken, or damaged hygiene seals cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original hygiene liner and tags intact. Email support@getshapies.com to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email us with your order number and the size you need. You cover the cost of return shipping on the original item and outbound shipping on the replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getshapies.com with photos. If the issue is confirmed as a defect or shipping error, we cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Are defects and fit issues treated the same?
No. Damage claims are only valid for manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Fit preferences, sizing issues, or subjective dissatisfaction are not covered as defects. Defects caused by improper use, care, or washing are also not covered. Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.
First time customer and the size is wrong?
First time Shapies customers experiencing sizing issues may qualify for special assistance. Contact support@getshapies.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of your unworn item (hygiene seal intact) and our team will work with you to find the best solution.
Do I need authorization before sending items back?
Yes. You must receive written return authorization via email before shipping anything back. Do NOT send items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Who pays for return shipping?
All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shapies is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer discount codes?
From time to time we run promotions and offer discount codes to our email subscribers. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time, but we are working on it.
How do I reach customer support?
Email us at support@getshapies.com. We respond within 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. For the fastest response, include your order number in every email.
Do you have a phone number?
We currently handle all support via email to make sure we can give every customer the attention they deserve.
